Default Will 16" Wheels fit an 04 S4? (for snow tires)

I have 16" A4 wheels with snows on my A4 currently that I am planning on keeping. Will they fit on an 04 S4? They are OEM A4 16x7" wheels.

Anybody know?

A 16" A4 wheel probably isnt going to fit. The vast majority of 16" wheels dont fit the B5, but i think your calipers are slightly less bulky than the HP2's

I have 16" Millie Miglia Spyder Plus wheels that work though.

A 16" A4 wheel isnt going to fit. In fact the vast majority of 16" wheels dont.

I have 16" Millie Miglia Spyder Plus wheels that work though. You just have to test fit, thats really the only way to know

I think the S4 brakes on the V8 are smaller?? I just bought some 2004 S4 rims and put em on my B5 and had to get a set of spacers so the wheels would fit over the brakes. But yea you'd just have to test fit like he^^^^^ said.

I will have the car in a few days. I will give my wheels a try. The brakes on the S4 are 13.5" and have a huge caliper so I'm not sure a 16" will fit. I have some awesome Pirelli winters on my A4 which sucks cause I would like em for my S4. If not, I'll setup some 17" A4 sport wheels with winters and rock that.

The wheels flare away from the caliper so as long as the calipers and rotors fit inside 16"s of wheels the spokes on the wheels won't touch the caliper, thats for sure.

Got the car, love it. I swear it's as fast (or almost) as my 350Z is. Great power band, love the sound of it and the interior with those Recaro seats is sweet. Great car very happy with it over my 02 A4 1.8T.

16" do not fit. The rotor and caliper was touching the inside of the wheel when the hub was 2" from the wheel. So, not even close is the answer. The design of the spokes just wouldn't matter in this situation. The rotors are 13.5" plus the caliper. The inside of the wheel basket is not 16" either it's around 15" the wheel diameter being 16" is to the finished lip on the outside, but the basket that runs inside the wheel where the brake caliper goes is smaller than the finished lip on the outside edge.

I ordered some 17" RS4 reps with snow tires for my car. Funny I ran RS4 reps as my summer wheels on my A4 and now they are for winter tires on my S4 lol...

For the record, B5 have 12.6" front rotors, B6 have 13.5" so they are almost a full inch larger which is why 16s fit on the B5 and not the B6.
