Keep in mind thatI would like to have a good sound and performance but also try to use all oem sensors.

 

All are a TOTAL waste of $$ unless you have K04 turbo's & some will actually LOOSE hp with.
Get a panel filter, then do the darintake, it works, & it's cheap!

 

thank you sk s4. would you happen to have directions and or pictures befor i start cutting the stock box and will that give me a better sound.
also i have bailey div,apr 91 93 100, and hollowed out cats i think just got the car.

 

yeah that darintake will change the sound of the intake/ make it louder. What kind of sound are you looking for? If you dont have an exhaust that might be something you should look at, especially since your chipped. if your cats arent gutted that adds a little too.

Often people put their own spin on the darintake so not all are the same.

listen to 2k s4, don't go throwing parts at a car. cold air intake is not what you are looking for and will see little to no gains. just stick with a stock airfilter for now and do a darintake.
