Default Oil and coolant leak

My 2005 S4 has 130k miles. It's leaking about 3qts of oil every 3,000 miles. It looks like it could be the front of the oil pan gasket, but I know it's got to be more complicated than that. Hoping someone could look at my pics and give me some direction. I found this comment in a TSB, but not sure how to tell if this is my issue. "Faulty O-rings on inner oil line allow ATF to leak into the final drive. This will lead to overfilling and oil will drip from the final drive breather hole."
It's also leaking coolant. This seems to be a common problem where it's just draining my coolant tank.
Thank you for any comments. The eBahn software isn't too specific about this kind of stuff and I'm pretty novice with Audi.
