I am new to this and ill like to tell you guys about my Audi S4 2013 that i bought a little bit over a year ago
Problems start when i reached 2500 miles,
Brakes are making noise a sharp noise when i use them gently it is really annoying so i went back to the dealer they said they called audi or whatever so they cleaned the brakes the problem stayed i called audi costumer service and let them know about this issue,
at about 15k my brakes went out and i had to replace 4brakes and calipers from my own pocket(warranty??), because i complained i got %10 off but still payed like $800 that was after i had to replace all 4 tiers at about 12k cost me like $1400,
The brakes still making this sharp very annoying noise that i can not fix and they can not fix it too all they say is that the material they use is a green product and good for the environment which is awesome but...
last week the AC broke while i was driving on the highway( i saw steam coming out the hood /grill ) ,
i took the vehicle to the dealer according to them a rock hit the ac condenser and that need to be replace estimate repair $1200 i said can i wait on the repair they said sure, meanwhile i took the car to a different Audi Dealer i got $700 estimate for the same exact repair, after they charged me $100 diagnose for a brand new car 2013...
And i want to ask you guys would you trust Audi Dealer When you get different price for the same repair?
I think this is a good example how auto shop like and can take advantage of people and that is why you should always look around

I am still waiting for Audi response and to make things right or at least be honest with me and STOP lying to me,AC and heater still not working and brakes making sharp noise
