Default What do you guys think about this S4?

Hey I was looking for a Audi S4 and I found a 2005 Audi S4 but it has some problems and I would be willing to fix the car up so long as I payed a good price for it this is the sellers description. "I have a 2005 Audi S4 with 110xxx miles on it. Bought it less than six months ago and installed a new clutch, flywheel and slave cylinder which now has less than a thousand miles on it. Has new cv shafts for the front two wheels that need to be installed. (Ones on right now will last a while yet but nonetheless) Needs new rotors and pads. Now, It has been out of commision for the last three months because of engine issues. Most likely timing chain related. Car runs and idles however misfires badly while trying to drive. Once this is fixed there should be no problems with the car. White with the stock rims painted black. Not in a hurry to sell but trying to see if I can get any reasonable offers on it." So my question is what do you guys think? And if you were to make a offer how much?

If the timing is off, most likely you have bent valve and probably damaged pistons... pretty hefty price tag to fix, even as a DIY.

So if the fix would maybe cost more than buying a used engine for it?
