Another P0421 code... Audi S5 2011 V8 4.2L

Another P0421 code... Audi S5 2011 V8 4.2L
Hello!
I just bought a Audi S5 2011 V8 4.2L with few check engine codes (P0300, P0302, P0303, P0305, P0306, P0307, P0421, P0441)
I cleared all the codes. Then after a week P0441 come back.
My original gas cap was loose so I replaced it with a OEM one. I also replaced the Vapor canister purge valve with a "Standard Motor Products" CP569. After replacing the parts, i cleared all the codes once again.
After a day (40km) I have now two "new" codes, P0421 and P0431. (P0431 was not there at first)
Someone can guide me ? I think it weird to have two o2 sensor bad at the same time. The car has a modified (aftermarket) exhaust.
