Wheel fitment with PSS10's

Was wondering if there is anyone out there running Bilstein PSS10's and can give me some advice on wheel fitment. I just bought a 2013 S5 and it has 275/30R20's and KW V1's. I am putting on the PSS10's for track duty and am wondering if I will have any issues running a 265/35R19 square setup. Want to run a 19x9 or 19x9.5 in rims. Also wondering what my offset would be? Would front and rear be the same?
