The video says 150 KPHthats right around 70MPH I do think.

look again that it 150mph/241 kph look at the cluster, american 99 a4 clusters max out at 160 mph. the car is traveling at 150mph

hes definately not going 150 if he was he would be passing those cars alot faster...amazing recovery tho i would have been flippin out after that happened
