Its sort of a local thing in the SF Bay Area, but I wouldn't be suprised if other US people knew what it was. I never expected to see an Audi doing that, its more something you do with your Escalade rolling on dubz.

Never heard of this one before.
So it's supposed to be 'cool' to step out of your ride while it's rollin' along and dance to your favorite tunz.
