haha holy crap. can they really give out tickets for watching street racing? and tickets for racing even if the cars were parked?

i hope that most of the drivers took their tickets to court and asked for a spectator ticket. Especially if you were ticketed in a truck or SUV.

I almost got a ticket at H2O for standing on the sidewalk with a video camera. Apparently, anyone there with a camera was promoting street racing.
