the only reason i thought it was kinda dumb cause it was in mid day and he was swerving in and out of cars if late at night and theres not many cars it wouldnt be bad...ive gotten my car up to 130 with no one on the hwy

2Bennett didnt say there was anything on my ECU, now at stage 2. Old vid, but Im on my way to work @ around 6am, Im wearing my jacket so it was in the fall, temp was in mid 50's @ the highest. Easy there fella, you posted a video on a public forum, therefore you ahve to be ready for the responses. IMO if you own a vehicle that is capable of such high speeds then you need to be responsible enough to only kill yourself when doing so. I have driven at those speeds many times and i know how much fun it is but i always do it by myself late at night with no other traffic in the vicinity. therefore if something goes wrong i am the only life at risk. next you mentioned that you had only done a few mods to your car so i called you on the bs of 160mph because stock there is a governor at 140. I am also interested at how you removed the governor because from what I have read you need to dismantle the passenger interior and there is a box under the carpet with a set of weird locks on it and if you get in there then you can pull a cap off a wire and it recodes the car for euroupe instead of america. Wether this is true or not i have no idea, the other way to do it is to simply install a chip. just my 2 cents. Also don't post your video unless you want comments good and bad.

 

ive been 135 in the tt and thats about when i lose the power, granted if i had a 6th gear id get a little extra...

I have no idea, I imagine that the governor would be set the same for all audi's, so i would guess 140 it just might take you a little longer to get there.

 

stupid yes but not bad driving, it not like none of have never sped through that kinda of traffic.

 

i dunno im pretty impressed by the driving even though it may be a bit crazy, but that's what fast cars are for, to use them.
