Got blinded by headlights, took a sharp turn a little wide, put tires in the dirt, and fishtailed into oncoming. A minivan with a guy and his 3 young sons. No serious injuries, I'm probably the worst off, I'm sure I'll hear what the hospital has to say about the others. They hit my right side, my back hurts, my right knee is about 3 times as large as it should be, and the inside of both knees, and my ankle is bruised from my legs crashing together.

Once I hear how insurance is gonna handle this, i'll announce whether or not Im parting anything.

The crash was hard enough to put the battery in the center of the engine bay, wedged between the engine and the radiator.

I'd love to find another TT, but if it doesn't happen, its been fun posting here, drive safe.

did you go to the doctor though about your knee?

 

Dang man sorry to hear that, I am glad that you are ok, and were able to walk away. Thats the most important part. I hope you can find another TT your knowledge was a great help. Let us know what happens, or if you need anything.

Not to sound like an ***....but if and when you part the car...I would be interested in your glove box...and maybe your rear axel.

damn Matt, glad you are ok. Ill help you find another TT, you cant leave us just yet. I'm always looking in classifieds and what not, just to see whats out there... def a good time to upgrade to a 225. I'm sure if you part anything out i might get somethin from you, what color interior did you have?
