Is this a good intake?

I am looking for an intake for my car. I found this one and was wondering if this was a good one and if it was a good price. What kind of gains would i get with this? What about when i add a full exhaust with it?

looks okay, but for $35 kinda cheap for an intake

haha i posed this so long ago. ZHaha i wouldnt even use it any more plus i need a CARB sticker
