I have a 2002 A6 4.2 with two broken intake manifold actuator arms and at least one seized shaft. My regular mechanic and three non-dealer "audi specialists" all say I need to replace the whole manifold. Gruvenparts indicate that this is a common issue with a simpler repair. Can anyone recommend a technician or auto-repair shop in Sarasota, Tampa or Orlando areas that'll fix it this way and not jump straight to the "you need to spend $1400 on a new manifold" solution?
