Need a shop!!
I've been in Phoenix for a while now and just purchased an '02 Allroad ... thought it was a great deal. I had it inspected by someone who obviously doesn't know much about Audis..
I am looking for a shop that is reliable, good, & charges less than the dealership up north in Scottsdale.
I have worked with DynoComp (great shop) & Vivid in the past but they don't usually like doing boring maintenance and repairs...
Thanks!!

Hi, nice car. I've always liked the look of the Allroad. Don't see too many out there either, which is another plus.
I've been taking my '03 A6 2.7T to Vivid for at least 3 years now. In fact, when I still had the CPO warranty, I would get the warranty stuff done at Audi Chandler, and then all other work done at Vivid. Now, I deal exclusively with Vivid. They're happy to do normal servicing, in fact, they seem to be trying to encourage it. I was in there this week, and there were 2 A6s and an A4!
One potential drawback: if my car needs a replacement part, they often can't get it until the next day. May be as much to do with the rarity of the car though, so you may find that to be the case where ever you take it.
Hope this helps.
