the check is for the price+return shipping ($125+$10). You would have to send out your ECU on your own. so the check would be $135. the total cost of the whole thing would be about $145(including the shipping cost that you pay for sending out your ECU)

Theres no deadline now since we don't have enough interested buyer. After we have more than 10 interested buyers, we can organize to send the payment.

every tune is different and I am not sure about what the difference is. But as far as I know, speedtuning tune is the most bang for the buck.
you can search "speedtuning" in the forum and you will find a lot of info.
