I think I might do a quick 100foot race or something just to please you guys lol. I know he will destroy me, but it might make for an interesting video.

 

What kind of car are you driving? S4, A6? Charger's are jokes from the factory, they are such a dissapointment from the old Charger and I think if your in an S4 you stand a chance.

 

I have an 01 A6 2.7T....Yes the Charger SE's are indeed a joke, but NOT the SRT8. Try looking at the specs and pictures of the SRT8, this car definitaly lives to the Charger reputation. I am pushing 260s horses, and he is pushing 420.... STOCK

 

An 01 S4 easily stands a chance against an srt8...if they are a good driver they will do a 1/4 in 13.5. An srt8will get beat by a chipped s4...hands down. as for A6...if you are chipped you stand a good chance...

Look at the weight difference, horsepower ratings don't mean anything when your racing a tank.

 

I have seen some SRT-8's in the high 12's. they are very quick especially from a roll. I agree, if you are chipped and have a 6 speed its a drivers race. givem hell :-)

 

I've driven an SRT-8. I've seen stock SRT-8's run 13 flats. I've driven an S4. I don't think an S4, even w/ a chip would beat an SRT-8........... unless it was from a dig and the race shut down at like 80 mph.

 

Stock for stock your going to lose by at least 4 cars ,no joke! If your chipped you can get him form 0-60 and 1/4 mile as well. If your manual you can get him from the launch, If your tip to can still get him from the launch. i have a tip and i knwo how to luanch it pretty damn goodl. I raced my buddiesManual TransS4, he launched and so did i . Here is the video, Camera is in my car.... First video was a really good launch, second video is still a good launch but he had a .5sec head start

You're telling me an A6 2.7T w/ just a chip will run 0-60 in 5.0 and 1/4 in 13 flat???? Man, I need one of those. It could take the place of my A4 and still outrun my Z.
