Default 2.7t vs. 03 Honda Accord

Well,

I didnt want to post this due to share embarresment, but I have come to the conclusion (due to the fact that their is an OBVIOUS issue with my car) I can post this without feeling so bad.

Well the other week I got my car "test trial" chipped.(I have an 01 2.7T auto)It was a program that made me have the chip installed for apox 5hours. When the machinic was finished with my car, we drove it and told me the car was misfiring. I guess I didnt realize how bad it was until later on that night. Now I have TONS of confidence in my Audi, and I obviously should. Even if I was misfiring (I thought to myself) this chip is suspose to give me a total of 320horsesISH... So if I was misfiring, probably 280ish? (So I thought)...

My buddy at work has an 03 Accord he just bought (2 days before it) and he bragged on how fast it was...and I wanted to shut him up. After work we line up real quick and we are off (now he has the 03 Accord V6 model with 240horses and about 800lbs lighter) but I would have never thought I would loose this race...but I did. I kept with him, until he hit it into OVERDRIVE (automatic Accord). Now you know something has to be wrong with my car more then just misfiring..for me to loose to a car with about 60less horsepower is well...embarrssing...But I had to share this horror story. But I also had a question: what are the chances of me winning a race aganist this accord? Granted I only have 10 horses and I am about 800lbs HEIVIER...I also have an automatic Audi, and one of my buddies plans on running aganist him to clear the Audi name. (he has an 01 2.7t 6-speed)

You should be able to take him from a dig, but if you race from a roll you might not like the results......

If your car is misfiring it's not smart to beat on it.Can cause even more damage. Get some new plugs and/or run codes to see why it's misfiring.
