ill start off by saying.. this would never have come up if my friend wasnt a state trooper and had an ego the size of vermont but.. both are true so here we go

he drives a 2007 civic ex.. 137hp/128lbs.ftand lighter than my car..2,700lbs.. no mods at all.. 5spd manual

my audi is bone stock engine wise.. 150hp/155lbs.ft and according to cars.com its 3,000lbs.. 5 spd manual as well..

all he says to me is.. my car is brand new, youres is 9 years old and is gunna fall apart when you try to get on it, youre gunna lose blah blah blah..

all i can do is sit there and go ok sure thing, yup yup.. anyways he wants to race, and since there really isnt any place to race around here it will prolly be from a roll.. esp cause my clutch has seen better days, plus im not about to lauch my car, even though it would help..

basically i just wanna hear some audi support.. or do you think im toast? it would really be a shot to my confidence to lose to this kid especially in a civic.. i wish i was chipped so i could shut his mouth but... sadly im not hahaha soon..

i can say with confidence that i am a better driver (in a manual car) than he is.. what you guys think
