Thumbs down my b5 1.8t a4 vs. 2012 3.5 altima

So i was driving on 23 in jersey next to this altima just cruising along. We got up to a red light with a 2 lane straight away in front of us. (two lanes both directions with a large median in between). Now before i talk about the race, The altimas engine is more than twice the size of mine. He gets more pick up untill my turbo spools. His car also roughly weighs around the same area as mine. So the guys windows are so tinted i cant see his face. he starts reving. As did i. When the light turned green we went for it. So my big mistake was shifting too soon and not letting the turbo do its work. We got up to about 85 when i wasnt even a car length behind. My front bumper was at his back bumper. He did beat me but i put up a good fight. We backed off at 85 and he turned off. Next time ill have my shifting down though

On the brightness issue, LED's ARE*actually brighter (per watt) vs. CFL's in some applications. Many people are still comparing Lumens (on the box) to LEDs, when it's just not an accurate way to measure. It really depends on the application.
