True. But when canyon carving uphill, it REALLY helps. And as for cornering specifically, torque allows you to control angle with throttle in RWD cars. Granted, in a balanced car like the S2000, even it has enouph torque to properly control angle when in the correct gear. Just make sure you are always in the correct gear.

I totally agree w/ you, however, a 'low torque' S2000 is still going to be much easier to rotate that an A4. And 1.8T's aren't exactly torque-monsters......[8D]

wow s2000 is gonna eat it but i still think it would be fun, i bet an a4 with sways and c/o's handles quite nice

S2000 but i can never imagine goin race track pace through a tight canyon in a 3500+lb car,just too much weight to try and control in a dynamic environment. A bike is a lot easier to feel traction and corner speed around blind canyons and unknown turns and if something does go wrong you won't take out that family of 4 goin the other way.
