Default Stage 1 B5 S4 vs SRT4

We're both casually cruising on the interstate when he passes me. I speed up a little to try and egg him on, but nothing. Later, I'm cruising about 80 when I pass him. I slow down next to him and downshift to 4th to try and egg him on again and he takes off. He has a couple lengths on me by the time I'm at full boost in 4th. He continues to pull on me to about 135mph. I was very disappointed, but decided that I wasn't being aggressive enough thinking that a stage 1 S4 could easily take him if stock. Next time from about 80 I downshift to 3rd and take it to red line. I pull on him 3-4 lengths and continue to pull in 4th. Now I feel better, but he must have been modded right? I know these things are very light relatively speaking for the power they make.

SRT-4s are suprisingly fast. They will knock you down hard if you under estimated them. If you race them from a dig, they may be at a slight disadvantage to your AWD, but if they bite good, they will take off.

SRT-4's can be hard to beat from a roll. Those little things have crazy top-end power. Race them from a dig though, and it's all over. I take them out of the hole in my car, and it's RWD w/ IRS. Besides, even if you do lose to won, it's still a f#ckin' Neon......[:'(]
