He doesn't have an S4, he has a 2001 A4 with quite a few mods.

tell him it is, so he won't feel so bad when my 4 cyl beats him

that was a pretty bad yr for the cobra... i was just a bit slower 0-60 with very few mods

Mag times:

0-60

2000 S4 = 5.5
1996 Cobra= 5.4

1/4 mile

2000 S4 = 14.1
1996 Cobra =14.0

What mods do you have on your A4 to only be "a little slower" than the S4?

I actually kept up with 96 SVT Cobra and my B5 S4 is stock. So you will be alright. Plus if the driver sucks, you might have a chance to win.

01 A4 1.8tqms: apr 93 oct, m3 spoiler, s4 wheels, rs4 grille, tinted tails/sidemarkers, apr tip, A8 BBK W/ TT carriers, race valve, 004, fmic, euro plate, euro s4 healights, tp/2.5 inch exhaust(resonatorless) into magnaflow muffler, swiss box mod w/K&N drop in filter

i know they are not all performance, but i grabed my sig from a non audi forum and pasted it
