Default Track Days With My S4

Just returned from a track day at Lime Rock, CT with my S4. It performed brilliantly. But it could do better -- with track tires and more substantial brakes. What do you all suggest for: (1) track tires; and (2) aftermarket brakes? Many thanks!

Thanks for the welcome. I have a 2004 S4 with no modifications (yet). My understanding from the instructors was that track tires and hi-performance brake pads will help performance a lot. And that was why I am looking for info and advice. Now that you've mentioned an upgraded sway bar, well, I'll have to look into that too! Any suggestions of products or websites for that piece of equipment also?

there is a porche cayane brake kit available (BOLT ON!!!)very easy to install.... half a day... run yah about 2k though.... not sure what your looking to spend but if you spend a day or so at the track every month that's what i'd invest in... i think i have the website at home(at work now...)

for tires.... are you running stock wheels? what tires do you have now? still the dunlop sp 9000? i really like those tires but unfourtunatly they discontinued them.... i recently bought some dunlop derezza's ... not too fond of them soo far...the side wall seems a littlesofter than i was looking for....

any other mods yet? great car!
