are any of you familiar with any tracks around san diego or los angeles, i live in north county san diego and want to take my car to a track, i know there is an 1/8 mile at qualcomm

 

you got pomona and irwindale for los angeles area

 

pamona is closed to the public now, it is for professional events only. in northern la county you have los angeles county raceway. every wednesday and friday you can run many many times for 15 dollars, as long as your car will pass tech. if you are driving a quattro you will have a good time. if you have a fronttrak then it will kinda suck, track prep at lacr sucks big time.
p.s. i think erwindale is 1/8th mile too, isnt it?
you also have california speedway in fontany. this is a fantastic track! on some saterdays you can go race your car there.

i live in San Diego and besides Qual. i think there is a track in Carlsbad..but not sure what its called though

 

theres willow springs in palmdale. I race my motorcycle over there and i usually see cars on the other track. There's 3 tracks over there.

 

i live in san diego, there's a track at barona casino 1/8 mile though, sorry.

 

the tracks at Willow Springs are all road course type tracks, not drag strips to do some 1/4mi runs. in the LA area there's also LA County Raceway (LACR) in Palmdale
