Default 2011 S6 Hard Ride?

I just drove my S6 once before buying it and am having it shipped to my home many miles from the dealer. We did go over a bumpy road and though I love the car, it seemed a bit stiff? I guess worst case is to buy new shocks? I am new on the subject. Any suggestions? I know I need to drive it a lot more before I make any decisions. I am a Mercedes CL 55 AMG convert. Want to try something new!

Thanks in advance!!

Mark

it's stiff but forgiving. it is a sports sedan, after all.

True it is and that why I bought it. Plus I did test drive it on a super crappy road. The roads where I live in Miami are pretty good.

Thanks!

Haven't driven the new s6, but suspension does usually have to break in a bit. Although highly subjective, you may just have to get used to it. Don't buy anything till you've driven it around for a few months. If it's still to the point where you can't take it, also look at the tires and springs, not just the shocks. Hope it works out for you.
