Default H&R choices?

Hi, I just bought a 2009 A4 Quattro premplus and want to lower it asap. I have H&R springs on my passat b5.5 wagon, so I'm kinda partial to H&R. I was looking on tirerack and saw 3 different springs (premium, premium/performance street, and performance street). I was wondering if anyone here has insight on the different springs.

Oh yeah, somore info; the car has 31k miles on it so I dont think I want to replace the struts yet. My goal is to eventually get some 19" wheels to sit it on. I'm lowering for looks and better handling.

I also heard somewhere that the 3 springs H&R are offering; that their specs are based on the fwd and doesnt take into account the quattro. Wondering if thats true too.
