Default need some help with suspension setup

2008 A3 with 181k miles
stock suspension
audi tt wheels (1/2" wider than stock)
10mm spacers so the wheels clear the brakes

when i'm in the car by myself, no problem. if the car is weighed down at all, like if my 10yr old gets in, and i hit a bump the tires scrape the fender wells. i guess i could just cut the lining out of the fender wells, but i'd really like to solve this problem without doing that if possible.

so...

most suspension upgrades out there involve lowering the car. i'm afraid that even with a stiffer suspension the lowering will cause the same rubbing effect.

are there options that i don't know about that will stiffen the suspension but not lower?

any other thoughts?

Take a look at the springs for the factory Sport Suspension (like my 2013 A3 has). These should be stiffer without lowering the car.

I also added a stiffer H&R rear bar (from ECS Tuning). This reduces body roll and helps with wider wheels and tires.
