Oh man... 50w kits in the next month or two.. THATS WAHT I LIKE TO HEAR.

Like deb said, what is the word on costs. Deb, upgraded relays would prolly be helpful but iirc is not needed... I wil prolly do ballasts and bulbs.

Will these work with older Audi's without projector headlamps? Like a 1990 Audi 90 with H1/H4's? Do your kits maintain the same focal length as the original Halogen bulbs?

P.S. - I tried to learn on your site but I got MySQL errors.

Alright fellas I installed my H7 6000k kit a few weeks ago and noticed something very strange. Over the last couple of weeks I noticed my radio has been really static'y. My local stations are just full of static. Well, I was driving yesterday and thought to myself, hey my radio isn't so static'y anymore.I then flipped on my headlights cause it was getting kind of dark and boom, my radio is full of static again. I was shocked. I turned my lights back off and boom, my radio was fine.

Why would installing an HID kit mess with my radio reception? I am totally baffled by this. Never in a million years would I thought that static would be caused by my HID headlights.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

I got my kit today and Iwent under the hood looking for places to mount the ballasts. I thinkI have a spot on the right side of the engine bay but I cannot get one on the left(side with the airbox). I was wondering if anyone has pics of an install that they did...where did you mount the ballasts/ is the relay long enough to reach the battery?
Any help would be appritiated.
Thanks in advance

I actually have noticed this as well. Although for me, i have only seen static on an AM radio show i listen to. But it was definately noticeable at times and went on and off with my fogs.. I assuem i dont get it on other stations is maybe due to placement of the ballasts??? Maybe try mounting your ballasts somewhere different... I guess it has to do soemthing with a frequency omitted either by the ballast or bulb that causes the distortion.
