Need a lot for A4 2003... Interior

I need the following :

Radio... With no rubbed off buttons
AC control panel, without heated seat... No rubbed off buttons
Cover by transmission + alloycover by shifter ( no scratches )
tray with cigarlighter etc.
Top of armrest or complete armrest....

Let me know what you have and prices
