Hello, new user here.

Just purchased my second Audi (upgrading from a '97 2.8), and I'm going to need some help putting her back together.

The car was purchased at an auction so I was expecting some issues, but for the price I got it for, it's well worth it.


That being said, I'm looking for a turbo for this car. I pulled the turbo out today, and the exhaust side fan/impeller is literally broken off the shaft and just rattling around inside the turbo housing. The car's got about 140,XXX miles on it.

The engine starts right up and runs well, but smoke just spews out of the turbo and exhaust. I'll replace the head and oil-pan gaskets as well since I've got this thing taken apart, but turbo is the first step!
