Yeah, there is a second floor balcony off of the master bedroom. It is a 4 bedroom with a Jack & Jill upstairs and a full guest suite downstairs, plus an office and a game room that opens up to the 2-story living room through plantation shutters. It's going to be really nice. Can't wait to share more pictures. It's fun building a home from scratch, and being able to afford it. Gotta get out of Cali.

The house is decently sized at 3000 sqft and the kitchen will be sweet! Of course. Granite countertops, beautiful tile on walls and floor, glass block windows, professional appliances, pendant lighting, oversized undermounted sink, etc. The best thing is that the house is totally liveable in every area, and very open. You'll all be invited to the BBQ house warming this summer.
