hey guys, I don't know how many of you guys went to the treasure island meet, but afterwards, a couple buddies and I felt like taking a nice drive around the berkeley oakland area. So we took this road called Pinehurst and on one of the turns I guessed I turned too fast because my right tire hit a patch of gravel and rain , next thing I know, my tail end went right and my car started spinning to the left. I tried over correcting and breaking but the car just kept going and going.... and going... right into a rock... the surprising thing was that I was only going 30 mph around the turn so when my car spun out it totally took me by surprise!
Thankfully no one got hurt, but since I was literally in the middle of nowhere, I had to wait for over two hours to get a tow truck to get me... the first one from (Audi roadside assistance) was withing 10 miles of me but told me they couldn't get me because they passed their stupid county line -_- and then the same thing happened to me with AAA, but they were nice enough to actually come and get me. Anyway, it looks like my carbon fiber lip is gonna be gone and my radiator needs to be changed because it was leaking alot of fluid after the crash. I don't think my car is totaled but I'm thinking it's going to be out of comission for a LONG time and the repairs are gonna be expensive
If anyone has any technical experience and knows how a cheap shop around the bay area that does good work I'd appreciate it if you could give me some advice....

If you say you swerved to miss a wild animal, it's covered under comprehensive and it dosen't count against you. you still have to pay the deductible but your premium shouldn't go up.

yeah u can say u swerved outa the way and hit the rock
i hit a stray bumper in the middle of the freeway once last year and i justh had to pay the deductable and that was it
no point no raise
