Hi all, Im new here, this is my first post here also. I drive a 2003 A4 1.8t fwd with a CVT. A couple days ago i noticed my car was leaking something, hadn't had a chance to check it out cause i was alittle to buys. Last night i get in my car and the check engine light is on. I check the codes and its P0722. Now i don't know if its just low on fluid or if the CVT is about to go out, but i need to get it checked out. I live in the Antelope Valley (lancaster/Palmdale) and there are no Audi dealerships nearby, closest one is in LA. The only audi repair shop in this area i took my car too awhile back and they did not fix what i took my car in for and they were way over priced. There is a VW dealership nearby, Does anyone know if that would be a good idea, they do work on Audi's. I really don't want to take it into any kind of dealership but if i have to i will. Also if anyone lives nearby or knows of this area, maybe you can recommend me to a good repair shop? Im stuck on where to take my car. Please help! Thanks

If you're willing to drive down to LA area, there are several good shops here including DJ Motorsports.

 

if u wanna drive to bakersfield the shop i go through has been specializing in vw and audi for about 30 years (about 5 with the new owner) his rates are good, and he will work with you on payments most of the time as long as u have some cash to throw his way... if u have any questions call his shop and tell him phil sent you
