Ok, Update.......

Yeah, i know they're overcharging me, but with that axle, I would't know if it's gonna break on me today, or 6 months from now, and considering that I'll be stuck in the middle of nowheresville in SLO for another 5 months, I'd rather pay a few bucks now than a few thousand more later to change out the whole tranny.

but anyways...

I talked to the mechanic guy today, he's one of the "only tranny mechanic" guys and found that it's only a few bad bolts right inside the tranny, after taking the axles off, he just ordered a few bolts, it'll be done by tomorrow. He said there's no need for taking the whole tranny out, that alone, saved me big bucks. so he's only charging me for the labor for taking the axles off, he's doing the boots for me, so I'll get to drive by baby again by tomorrow afternoon.

HEY GUYS, you guys wanna hang out this Saturday, I'll be in LA for the weekend, and I have no plans for Saturday noon-time, anybody up for dimsum or something? maybe some lunch?
