November Korean BBQ + Photoshoot Night

I actually don't have problem with the time. I would be down on which ever day since my current schedulle is allowing me to be free for dinner this week.
I'm just trying to work on a day which everyone/most people can make it.
I guess we could do weekend but since the photoshoot will be at the mall, the parking lot will still be crowded (unless we show up really late). That's whyI wanted to do it on a weekday.
Or should we have lunch on the weekend and go for a canyon run and have photoshoot up there.
I'm sure Mark, Cheng, and Jet know which canyon to tackle around the area with great backdrop.
So I suppose the day we can go on the weekdays are Wednesday and Friday so far. (Since Mr. black TT can't make Thursday).
So what do you guys say?

wednesdays sound good though
as for weekends, im busy this weekend again bc im painting/remodeling my house (thats why i couldnt make it out on sunday ) next weekend, sun/mon i'm busy, and next weekend after that is my birthday weekend
so i'll be a busyyy! thats why i couldnt make it out on sunday 
as for canyons... i know azusa canyon, GMR front-side/back-side, east-fork all pretty well.

So the plan has been changed to Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at 8PM. (Time is still the same).
Will everyone else be able to make it that day?
Cheng, do you know if we have to reserve a table?
