Japanese shabu-shabu seems more healthy than the Chinese one. [8D]

 

thats besides the point... I'd rather have good tasting chinese shabu shabu than crap tasting healthier japanese one... Plus the chinese one has more variety in flavors, you got regular broth, you have spicy broth, there is a herbal broth, etc... also more variety in ingredients!!!

Not necessarily, the price for a single person chinese shabu-shabu is cheaper than the price for the single person japanese shabu-shabu... so not necessarily more expensive, just... BETTER!

stupid forum... Place is called Pho Nguyen, been there once. Not too bad, a little expensive for pho tho

 

yall just dont know how to prepare the jap shabu. its damn flavorful when i git in the mix!

either way im all for the sahbu ETG. Never had chinese shabu, didnt even know it existed.
