^^^ That's about right but it depends on how many people actually show up. Boat usually fits 80 or so but I usually limit the amount to about 40-50ish so we have more elbow room. My buddy owns a sushi restaurant and he usually can fill a boat easily with his customers. Figure around 60-70 bux per person for a 3/4 to full day of fishing.
Jon - I've been on many Davey's Locker charters. Not sure if you know Norris but he always hooks us up if we reserve a boat far enough in advance. I need to check the prices again...

I can un hook the fish no sweat.
I can even fillet it up & cook it as Chef suggests.
I've even cut the head of a chicekn & de feathered it - cleaned & cooked it.
but as for the worms...
