Hey fellas, if you don't mind an old fart from San Diego I might be down to roll out. I've got to take care of some stuff up in LA that morning and am free the rest of the day. I'm also into photography so I'd love to watch somebody doing a shoot. Maybe learn a few things. Plus, beer drinking, Hooters and UFC are right up my ally. Shoot, I'd be down to play poker too if anybody is interested.

I'm probably going to be free around 11. Are there any good places to "run" out there? I mean, I guess I could go all the way up to Malibu and do Decker. But, that's a drive. Would anybody want to get together earlier than 3 and hit up some twistys?

If you're looking to do a canyon run, the closest one to the Hooters in West Covina is probably the Angeles Crest off the 210 freeway (not really familiar with the West Covina and canyon runs; Mark fill me in!) I'll let you know if I can make it out to the canyon run with you as time gets near.

I wonder if we should do the photoshoot first before we eat as it looks like the fight is around night time. I'm always down for staying later though as it is a Saturday.

 

Getting that shoot out of the way first might be a good idea. I was kind of looking forward to some night shots, but I don't want to miss these fights. Anyone else thinking the same thing?

It'd be great if we could head out to some local canyons. I saw a couple of decent looking routes on google maps. But, I don't know how they really are...

What's the deal with the fight? Has a location been decided. If it's going to be at somebody's house, DVR it. That's what we usually do. Start around 8 and cut out all the crap.
