im interested in getting my windows tinted
anyone in CA, what % do you have and do you have any trouble with it?
70% seems like nothing on the front windows but i dont need any tickets...
looking into 50 front 35 rear or something along those lines

 

I live in socal and I got 35% all around. Ive been pulled over and the cop actually let me go on the tint and I think if it was any darker he would have given me a fix it. I wouldn't go anything higher than 35%, its just a waste

ive got 35 as well and so far no issues...knock on wooooooood

 

ive got 15% had it for about 2 months or so and havent had any problems, but a have a radar detector and im a fan of rolling with my windows down anyways

 

yeah i usually drive with my windows down but this heat is killing me.
im thinking 35 looks good, and it seems like not too many problems with the police. any visibility problems at night? and i have black on grey interior, would this make it look any darker?

 

i got black interior and, no issues with visibility at night. I have been thinking off and on about getting very LIGHT tint on my windshield cuz I am not always happy on a sunny day walking up to my car and the tint looks pretty see thru with the sunlight thru the windshield. I feel like tinting the windshield a little would help the overall darkness of the rest of the windows. But then you can get into visibility issues at night. might not be worth it...

Don't do the windshield, its gonna cost you about what your whole cars gonna cost to get tinted and cops will definatly get you on that

 

haha yeah no windshield my cousin did everywindow blacked out and the windshield but her had a doctors note saying he had an eye problem and could get direct sunlight lmao, that car looked so hot but it was really really unsafe at night, but the bastard also wasted $15,000 on his custom stereo system

 

i was pulled over last night in fact for 52 in a 30 but he let me go, and my windows are 15% and i had my interior led's on and my system was goin
