MSW Type 19 on 2010 A6 3.0T

I'm looking to get black rims for my 2010 A6 3.0T. I have 18x8 on the car. The MSW Type 19's caught my eye at Tire Rack.

Does anyone know why this would be good or bad? All opinions encouraged.
