I am picking up an Audi A6 (2004) later this week. It comes original with 255/40/17 tires on 17x8 wheels.

I have a set of like new 225/60/16 winter tires I'd like to run for this winter. Can I? These would be about 6% taller, any issues? Can someone recommend wheel specs that would allow these tires to fit without any rubbing?
