Question No this isn't another "Winter Tire" thread...

However I do need a recommendation on just all around great tires for my '09 A4 2.0T Quattro. I need them to be able to take semi-sharp turns going around 60mph. I want to take my buddies to a track and truly test out the potential of Quattro engineering.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers

Hi There!

Are you looking for a Summer Performance tire or an All Season Performance Tire?

I'm assuming summer tires would be a better choice, but all-season tires would be more economical? I don't know tires very well.

Not really, the category doesn't really effect the price. Can you describe how the vehicle is used on a daily basis? Are you going to be tracking the vehicle? I see you stated you wanted to take your friends to the track, so I wanted to discuss the actual track usage.

On a day-to-day basis, the car is used like an average, everyday car with the occasional sporty uses such as "racing" my buddy. As for the track, I will be utilizing the autocross as well as a small track inside of the bigger track.
