Hi, my 2018 Q7's Pirelli's are all worn out after 30K. Anyone has recommendations for another set of tires that are run flats? Mine are SCORPION VERDE ALL SEASON RUN FLAT - SIZE: 285/45R20. I'm potentially looking at GoodYear EAGLE SPORT ALL-SEASON RUNONFLAT (H- OR V-SPEED RATED) - SIZE: 285/45R20 that seem to have a much longer threadlife but I can't find any good reviews of that tire. Anyone has experience with those and can recommend? are they quiet, performant, good in snow/ice? Thank you!
