I'm going to purchase four MMR HR3 20x8.5 5-112 +35 wheels and use them on an 08 Audi TT 2.0T. The website shows that doesn't fit the car, but I really love those wheels. I think it's a great deal with a guy who is selling his to me, they are all used but in good price.

I'm not clear abt the offset or some quantitative values. I just want them to fit the car without any further issue. So do I have to buy a wheel adaptor/wheel spacers/hubcentric spacers to install it then be able to put wheels? Are these three are the same thing?
