Old blower resistor motor. (yellow is junkyard markings).

Blower motor resistor. Remove part, then pinch plug, gently work loose. Put plug in new resistor. Slide right side in place, screw holding screw back in.

There are three screws along top. Open glove box door. This is the left and center screw. Two screws are under glove box on left and right side. Note NOT the hinge screws, leave those.
