This is my first ever Audi. I went to look at an S4 and spotted this one because of the visible mods. It also has Bose sound and a manual transmission, neither of which were in the S4. I drove the car and was hooked. :)
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
Legal chip (though I'm not sure the brand), brand new ECU and ABS control module (dealer installed). Also has an after market cat-back exhaust that sounds dreamy.
Suspension Modifications:
Lowered about an inch. Much more aggressive-looking than stock!
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
18" black VST rims with (I think) 240/45 Z-rated tires.
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
After-market stereo system that probably needs replacement. It doesn't pick up AM stations and I can't get the AUX input to work. :(
Future Modifications:
Most likely a new stereo and the paint is a little challenged. I was thinking about an RS4 body kit, but the more I look at the stock body the better I like it. I may put a relatively unobtrusive spoiler wing on the rear deck, and all the front grilles need replacing. Maybe rotors & upgraded calipers when it's time to change the brakes. Other than that, it's pretty much great as it is.
