Hose Runs along top of engine. Looks like it connects to Brake Master Cylinder

This is the best pic. the broken hose is right in the center of the picture. It looks to be some kind of bypass hose of some sort. I am not losing fluids or getting CEL, so I don't know what it does. Please advise.

EBC Yellow Stuff Pads & EBC Sport Slotted/Dimpled Rotors. Note Wear Sensors built into front pads. Shims built into front pads. Shims not built into rear pads.
