I wanted to know if anyone knows or has a good AUdi Mechanic? If not do you recommend any place/Dealer?

I live in Flushing, NY which is in Queens. I have a 1998 A4 2.8.

I wanted to just get the car checked out. I also believe either my Maf is bugging out or i have a vac leak somewhere near it. I did alot of reading and figured bring it to someone that knew audi's.

 

If you have a CEL, have the car VAGed. If you need a MAF, ask if he can get you a remanufactured one.

 

Great thanks man. I actually ordered the Vag-com hardware and expect to get it this week. I am suspecting its a fouling MAF.

The platinum wire usually breaks, ruining an MAF. Drivability will suffer.

I'm looking for a mechanic in NYC, preferably in Brooklyn but can travel, who can change oil with supplied parts, I have the oil and filter to use. Any recommendations in the area?
