Default Despite my stupidity my clutch is still alive

A couple of days ago I tried to race a V6 accord from a red light. Well, without thinking I tacked it up a little too high before I dropped the clutch. Needless to say, I sat there and spun (unfortunately not my tires). It was only a split second because I realized it very quickly. I was so pissed at myself. Now, two days later there are still remanents of that wonderful clutch burning aroma. Fortunately the smell just hadn't completely escaped from the redlight incident because the clutch hasn't slipped on me since then.

I've got 28,000 miles on my 99' A4 quattro. How long can I expect the clutch to last on my chipped engine with a spirited driver such as myself (assuming I don't screw up again)?

When it's time to replace it I think I'm going to go with SPEC. Stage 1 can hold 250 lb/ft. of torque (which is the most I'll ever have) and stage 2 can hold 310 lb/ft. The stage 2 is $100 more, but if driveability is close to the same as Stage 1 I'm think about going with 2. Hopefully it'll be awhile before this is necessary, i was just trying to plan ahead. What are your thoughts? Thanks!
